Stalker: Arlington man gets life for murder

"The more you hate me the more I will love you."

That's from a note written by Roshan Sah to Linda Villanueva-Rodriguez while, according to prosecutors, he stalked her.

Sah, a 25-year-old native of Nepal, was a student in Arlington in 2010 when he met Villanueva-Rodriguez at church.

He tried to romance her, but the 22-year-old woman rejected the advances.

In February 2010, he fatally shot her.

Sah pleaded guilty and was sentenced to life in prison, according to this report by Mitch Mitchell.

Trial begins for alleged stalker of Olympic gold medalist

The trial has begun in Los Angeles for the man accused of stalking Olympic gold madalist Shawn Johnson.

Prosecutors said that Robert O'Ryan, 36, was arrested when he jumped the fence at the studios last year where Johnson was competing on "Dancing with the Stars."  He'd driven to Los Angeles from Jacksonville, Fla., with an obsession to marry Johnson, prosecutors said.

Police found weapons in the car that the prosecutor showed the court during opening statements.

O'Ryan's attorney told the court that he was delusional and posed no threat to Johnson. The attorney said O'Ryan heard voices that told him he needed to protect Johnson, not harm her, the Associated Press reported.

ESPN reporter's nude video stalker gets prison time

The man who secretly shot nude videos of ESPN reporter Erin Andrews through hotel room peep holes and posted them on the Internet was sentenced Monday to 2 1/2 years in prison.

In court, Andrews firmly rejected Michael David Barrett's tearful apology. He pleaded guilty in December to interstate stalking.

"You violated me and you violated all women," Andrews told him. "You are a sexual predator, a sexual deviant and they should lock you up."

The sentence was the maximum under the law, the Associated Press reported.

Craigslist stalking: Police arrest Denton sex offender

"I want your wife hurt bad."

"I'm outside."

"I have the apartment number."

"Don't make me do it."

Those are some of the text messages a 21-year-old Denton woman says she and her husband received from a 31-year-old old registered sex offender identified as Jeremy Daniel Wicker, who was arrested Thursday by Denton police on charges of harassment and making terroristic threats.

Reporter Peggy Heinkel-Wolfe of the Denton Record Chronicle reports that the woman's dilemma began a couple weeks ago after she responded to a Craigslist ad seeking a female singer for a Christian band and Wicker contacted her to set up an audition.

Report: Man accused of stalking ESPN reporter to plead guilty

The man who authorities said stalked ESPN reporter Erin Andrews and tried to sell nude videos he shot of her through hotel door peepholes will plead guilty next week in a federal courtroom, according to reports.

Authorities said that Michael Barrett, 48, will make his plea on Tuesday in Los Angeles.

Police: Man arrested stalking teenage 'Dancing with Stars' contestant

A 34-year-old man was arrested trying to break into the set of ABC's "Dancing with the Stars," so that he could meet Shawn Johnson, the 17-year-old Olympic gold medal-winning gymnast who is competing this season.

Police say they found a loaded shotgun and handgun, as well as duct tape and love letters in his car.

Johnson's family has now gotten a restraining order against Roberty O'Ryan, who told police he'd packed up his belongings and traveled from Florida to California so that he could be with Johnson.

He was captured after he jumped a fence at CBS Studios, where the show is taped.

Johnson's mother, Teri, said in a s sworn statement that she was told by police that O'Ryan believes he was meant to have a child with her daughter.

The parents attorney wrote in the restraining order application that Johnson is “in fear of her life.”

Undertaker stalked woman using dark-windowed hearse

Here's one that not even the producers and writers of the former HBO show "Six Feet Under" could have dreamed up.

An undertaker in Sydney, Australia, stalked a female driver by following her in a hearse with tinted windows. The undertaker -- er, under-stalker -- has psychiatric problems, the man's attorney told a magistrate during a sentencing hearing and should get treatment.

Earlier this year Adam Lee, 37, was convicted of driving drunk, "disqualified driving," driving in a menacing manner and disobeying police commands.

Stalker picks wrong time to send sex video to woman's phone

What happens when you mix bad judgment with bad timing?

Just ask the 27-year-old Australian man who sent a video of himself performing a sex act to a woman's cell phone while she was at the police station filing a complaint against him for stalking.

Not a good idea -- she showed it to the officer as it was happening and police used the video as evidence against him. He's pleaded guilty to stalking and using a telecommunications device to harass and was fined by a judge.
