Women's Center launching support groups in August

With the number of stressed-out people continuing to rise, The Women’s Center of Tarrant County is starting a support group that it will run during its ongoing job search classes.

 

The center will launch the groups in early August, says Terri Rios, the Women’s Center’s director of employment solutions. The job search classes meet five days a week, and the support group will meet on three of those days.

 

Topics will include staying motivated, remembering strengths, reducing “negative” stress, finding meaning, and “logic over panic,” Rios said. Information: http://www.womenscenter.info/
