Texas Roadhouse is opening its first Southwest Fort Worth steakhouse, Monday at 4720 S.W. Loop 820,
This weekend, the restaurant, which will have 155 employees, is hosting invitation-only special events to raise money for the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
“As a child, my younger brother had cancer and was granted a wish from this incredible organization,” PJ Puzzuole, managing partner of the group that owns the restaurant, said.

I had a lot to take home for lunch. Steve ordered the udon noodles, which he said was very good, and said he had not tasted anything so good since we left the North.

My honest opinion is that all that privatization does is put money into the hands of those who just want the money and who really do not help the state.

My first experience with Texas Roadhouse was in Nashville more than a year ago. When I saw that they had opened a location in Memphis, I was thrilled. I do not usually review national chains, but if a restaurant exceeds my expectations, I make an exception. Texas Roadhouse does just that.
