Weatherford Commons Shopping Center sells

UCR Investment Sales reports it's sold the Weatherford Commons Shopping Center in Weatherford north of Interstate 20 and Main Street.

The 34,448-square-foot center's tenants include Starbucks, Payless ShoeSource, Hallmark, GameStop, Palm Beach Tan, Great Clips, Cotton Patch Café, WingStop, and Cash Store.
 
Tommy Tucker of UCR Investment Sales and Aaron Ashmore of UCR represented LNR Partners of Miami, Fla.  The buyer was a Texas investor.
