Texas says deal with Amazon.com "resolves all sales tax issues"

Amazon.com agreed Friday to begin collecting Texas sales tax and remitting it to the state.

what is the tax law for international buyers? Is there country specification? or general tax law is applied for world wide?

I will not be buying from Amazon anymore since it will start to charge taxes.
