New burger pub coming to FW's West 7th development

Fort Worth is getting another burger restaurant.

Brewster’s Burger Bar has signed a lease for 2,969 square feet at the southeast corner of Crockett and Currie streets in West 7th. It is slated to open in December.

Brewster's is being opened by Steve Brown of the BPSB Corp. Brown has more than 35 years restaurant experience. He opened Esparza's Restaurante Mexicano in historic downtown Grapevine in 1985. In 1997, he opened Guero’s Mexican Grill in Valley Ranch.

Brewster's will feature a full bar offering as many as 60 craft beers on tap. The restaurant  will use the freshest meat and freshly-baked buns.

Designed by the Duncan Design Group of Dallas, Brewster's will have a classic pub atmosphere with wood, leather and brick.

Roger Smeltzer and Josue Gonzalez with Vision Commercial completed lease negotiations.
