Michelle Rhee probably is the person most people think of when they hear rock star superintendent. The Since taking over as chancellor of Washington, D.C., schools in 2007, the 38-year-old has made national waves in the education world by trying non-conventional and, some say, radical changes. And while this year's presidential race has hardly touched on education, the last question of the last debate was education related. That lead to both Obama and McCain praising Rhee and trying to align themselves with her.
