UTA's College Park District will include 27,000-square-feet of retail space. A sign for the Pie Five Pizza Co. is already being displayed at the development. Other eateries expected to cater to UTA students are Coolberry Frozen Yogurt and Digg'sTaco Shop.
The mixed-use development is in the final stages of construction. Students are expected to start moving into a new residence hall next week.
