I put together a multimedia package today on personal breathalyzers, which you can keep in a pocket or purse and check your own blood-alcohol level before driving.
The package includes a PRINT STORY and two videos:

So, MADD and the police discourage the use of personal breath tests and self testing. That, to me, seems like the same logic used in sex ed that teaches abstinence only.
