I was aware of that when I made the video. My point was, the state spends millions of dollars on the Click It Or Ticket campaign and then turns around and gives us this contradictory message. if you look closely there is no shoulder belt on the truck (its too old to have it) they probably have only a lap belt since this is a older truck you need a little more research before commenting on the commercial guys
