I have no problem with red light cameras - I am in favor of not only keeping them but adding more. The only people I have heard of that are against them are people who speed and run lights and those are exactly the people that the lights are designed to catch. Folks its very simple, if you do not want a ticket then slow down and stop behind the line at red lights - Hey it works for me!

I was behind a white F350 for 15 seconds when he decided to go on green, When I followed him I got caught and received a $75.00 dollar ticket in the mail. No explanation needed by fort worth. Just pay the money and shut up.

The city officials in fort worth are getting kick backs from the companies that are manufacturing and installing these cameras. They should all be removed. If you want to give out tickets for people making a right hand turn on a red light pay the police officers to do their job. Officers issuing parking citations in high risk neighborhoods such as The intersection of Bryan and Rippy should be more concerned with the drug dealers and illegal imagrants in that nieghber hood than ticketing as well. Red light cameras are unconstitutional, and cost the tax payers lots of money. Considering the people monitoring them are not even in the state of texas. So legally they should not be able to issue a citation from arizona. How does the city get the money from these people who are NOT even legally able to issue the citation in the first PLACE. THEIVES That is all they are.
KEEP THE GANGS AND ILLEGAL IMAGRANTS OUT OF THE CITY. Quit wasting our tax dollars on this junk and spend it where it needs to be spent.

bI recently moved from Arizona where Red Light Cameras were all too common. We need to end these cameras now. Folks, the statistics are not correct. Did you know that these cameras are angled to flash at sedans and trucks not motorcycles, diesel trucks or trucks with big tires. If you dont believe me check out Redflex. These cameras are not prosecuting the public equally.
