I dare any of these commissioners to walk alone through these "historic tunnels at Henderson and Pine streets". I attempted go through the Henderson pedestrian tunnel a few weeks ago. It was nearly ankle-deep in human feces in some places. The smell was so bad it forced me to walk in the auto traffic lanes.
...and the Pine Street underpass (aka "Needlepoint")? This is one of the most notorious areas of drug dealing in Fort Worth. Ask the police. Both of these underpasses should be declared a bio-hazard.
