The proposed Southwest Parkway toll road could generate an amazing $15 billion surplus from 2033 to 2063.
But finding the money to get started on the project is a tough sell in 2010. Click on the chart below and look at all the green. That's all the cash that will be available from tolls collected on the road after the construction debts, operation and maintenance costs and other expenses have been taken care of. You can see there's essentially no green in the first 20 years, but a whole lot of it after that.
Yeah, Sure they can ......... and then piss it off on some other entitlement program.
These buffoons believe their own lies and that is the funniest part of it all ...... we citizens quit listening or believing what these elected morons say long ago ..... they may as well be talking to the toll road ... LOL

In Texas you are issued two license plates and you must have both on your vehicle. Sorry you don't think it looks good, but that's the law, and I wish every person who didn't display both plates or display them correctly would be issued citations.
