Well they definitely need to do something with I35-W. It's horrible. Of course I guess I have the Central Texas bias. We heard down here that the loop isn't going to be finished as an actual loop. Nice.

How about developers cramming 1000 homes per acre pay for all the road and utility expansions they force?

In Texas you are issued two license plates and you must have both on your vehicle. Sorry you don't think it looks good, but that's the law, and I wish every person who didn't display both plates or display them correctly would be issued citations.
