Eminent domain is becoming the topic of discussion for Fort Worth this year. The Tarrant County Regional Water District has begun the process of notifying property owners in Tarrant County of property potentially impacted by the 145 mile Integrated Water Pipeline Project. My original thought was an easement for a water line - big deal. Well it appears that it is a big deal when the plan is to take 150 feet in the center of small properties just 15 miles south of downtown Fort Worth.
