North Texas pump prices are continuing their upward surge today.
The average price for a gallon of regular-grade gasoline in the Fort Worth-Arlington area has climbed to $3.10, according to a report today by auto club AAA, Oil Price Information Service and Wright Express.
That's another three-cent increase in 24 hours. The price is now 58 cents higher than a year ago.
The average price for mid-grade in the Fort Worth Arlington area is $3.24 and the average for premium is $3.38. Diesel is at $3.47.
The average statewide price in Texas for regular is $3.08, two cents below the Fort Worth-Arlington norm. The U.S. average is $3.23, up four cents from a day ago.
