Bustles about is one kind of happiness, lets us not have the time experience pain; Rushes about is one kind of joy, lets us feel the life really; Exhausted is one kind enjoys, lets us have no time void.

Rational thinking

After the red light camera is installed, the lengthen the timing on the yellow light so that the the number of crashes decrease. Probably just lengthening the yellow light at any intersection would decrease crashes. When $850,000 of tickets are issued, the city in which the cameras are installed get to keep about $85,000. The other $765,000 is shipped out of the city so that red light cameras hurt the economics of the city where the lights are installed. I personally avoid driving on streets that have red light cameras so I do not patronize businesses on streets with red light cameras.
