Life's no beach on Beach Street in Fort Worth - but someday it'll be a legit alternative to I-35W

North Beach Street is a sea of brake lights, especially around Loop 820, where construction of the $2.5 billion North Tarrant Express project has the road even more congested than usual. Beachstreet
