Do motorists respond to speed warning signs?

SpeedsignsYou know those signs on some area roads that display your speed as you drive by, and warn motorists they're going too fast? Well, the Star-Telegram's Bill Hanna did some research on them, and found that while they are helpful in slowing down traffic, it's only a temporary tonic.
