Union Pacific replacing 13 miles of railroad tracks in Arlington

RrcrossingarlUnion Pacific Railroad is replacing 13 miles of railroad tracks in Arlington, and that means motorists will have to deal with closed crossings in the city, intrepid Star-Telegram reporter Susan Schrock says.
