I see better ways to spend this kind of money. With the membership fee and cost to use the bike, it's cheaper to buy your own bike. I walk 6-8 blocks into work in the free parking zone. Is there a bike station near the free parking for people choosing to walk into downtown? No, there isn't. Not very smart.
