Abram Street won't be fewer than four lanes, Arlington leaders say

Arlington officials are still poring over details about how to revamp Abram Street, but one thing they're already willing to say is the east-west thoroughfare WILL NOT be shrunk to fewer than four lanes. Check out this latest tidbit from the S-T's Susan Schrock. Submapse
