Trinity Railway Express ridership drops four years straight - does DFW still love commuter rail?

The Trinity Railway Express is no longer the fledgling darling of the Dallas-Fort Worth transportation scene. The commuter rail line has now been around for 17 years, and its ridership has dropped for four years straight.
