TboardNearly a year has passed since city and county officials axed all nine members of the Fort Worth Transportation Board and brought in new blood. (Five of the new members are pictured at left.) But, in a way, the story of the T board adds veracity to that old saying - the more things change, the more they stay the same. The old board was hotly criticized for failure to complete the proposed TEX Rail commuter line from downtown Fort Worth to Grapevine and Dallas Fort Worth Airport.
