The State From Enforcing Election Law Provisions
Six Individuals, Texas Democratic Party Drop Lawsuit
MARSHALL – Six individual plaintiffs and the Texas Democratic Party today agreed to drop a lawsuit that sought to prevent the Texas Attorney General from enforcing specific portions of the Election Code. After initially claiming that a law governing mail-in ballots was unconstitutional, the plaintiffs dropped their lawsuit just before a trial was scheduled to begin in federal District Judge T. John Ward’s East Texas courtroom. Today’s agreement to dismiss marked the latest in a string of victories for the State of Texas, which consistently maintained that its efforts to protect the integrity of the elections process were entirely constitutional.
More details to come...

To a Democrat, a disenfranchised voter is really a fraudulent voter that is prevented from voting.
With the Provisional Ballot, there is no such thing as a disenfranchised voter in Texas.
The Democrats of Texas are the only people that have a problem with making sure the person voting, is the registered voter, casting the ballot. They have gone to great lengths to block protecting our votes and ensuring every legitimate vote counts, instead of being diluted by fraudulent votes.
I don’t have a problem showing my ID at the polling place, but a fraudster would and so would the voting dead.
