Esquire magazine has announced its Congressional endorsements, bluntly and ungrammatically headlined: "Who People in Texas Should Vote For."
Esquire likes a lot of Democrats: Rick Noriega and even two local congressional longshots, Tom Love and Ludwig Otto.
Esquire endorses Otto despite describing him as "hapless." (That grainy picture at left is the photo on Otto's Web site.)
The magazine lists Sen. John Cornyn as one of "The 10 Worst Members of Congress." But Esquire did single out Kay Granger as a "Cowtown moderate."
In three Texas districts, the magazine suggested writing in some other candidate.

These endorsements were announced via an Esquire press release on Oct. 20 -- ten days ago. The Dallas Morning News blog had the story that day.

Great to see the FWS-T blog right on top of the latest breaking news....especially what some New York City liberals think about our Texas public officials.

Don't forget, Cornyn, Granger and Hutchison voted for the bailout. the bailout that is costing us trillions and still isn't working. the bailout that has had a devastating effect on our retirement and stocks. The bailout that caused many of us to lose out on gas leases. Don't let these people back in office. Vote third party, teach them a lesson about not listening to the voters.
