Poll workers at Daggett Elementary reported long lines before 8 a.m., and anticipate the same situation when voters flock to the polls after work before they close at 7 p.m.
“We had a line out the door this morning,” said election clerk Melinda Martinez.
Martinez described a steady flow of voters.
“It’s encouraging,” she said.
