Fort Worth's City Council May 11 ballot, which already had incumbent Frank Moss and challenger John Tunmire, now has a third candidate: Gyna Bivens, longtime broadcast journalist, TXU communications rep, and current executive director of North Texas LEAD - a nonprofit that links diverse job candidates to potential employers. Bivens filed her candidacy papers today, after appointing a campaign treasurer Feb. 1. Filing for the May election closes Friday.
