Contributors included Texas Health Fort Worth executive Lillie Mae Biggins, $500; Poly businessman Ramon Romero Jr., $200, who ran unsuccessfully last year for City Council in District 8; businesswoman Norma Roby, $100; East Side pastor Milton Pace and his wife Shirley, $300; and Fort Worth philanthropist Louise Appleman, $100.
Bivens won the endorsement of the Fort Worth Police Officers Association since the first quarter.
Here's the first-quarter report of District 5 challenger John Tunmire. Moss' first-quarter report isn't yet on the city's web site.
