A schedule of hearing dates related to American Airlines' Section 1113 motion to reject its union contracts have not been set, according to a hotline message by the Association of Professional Flight Attendants.
The APFA told its members that the parties have not yet been able to agree on a schedule so the court has ordered the parties to return on Monday, April 2.
"At that point, we believe a final schedule for the submission of briefs and hearing dates will be entered as an order of the court," the message said.
APFA also batted down rumors that the bankruptcy judge has authorized the company to pay the annual executive bonuses which are typically paid in April.
"While we never know what the judge may do in the futures, as of the writing of this hotline that rumor is false," the union said.
