Vintage aircraft on display at Meacham Airport

Meacham Airportfest 1[2]The Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association’s annual conference is in Fort Worth this week and members have brought their planes.

More than 70 planes will be parked at Meacham Airport and available for the public to view. Some vintage planes will offer rides for sale. And for the kids, “Dusty,” the main character in Disney’s summer movie Planes, will be on display.

Meacham will be open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday.

And if you can't get out there this weekend, Star-Telegram photographer Ron Ennis put together this photo gallery of some of the aircraft on display.
