Chicago agency sues American Airlines over fuel purchases

The Chicago area's Regional Transportation Agency sued American Airlines late Tuesday, saying it conducted "sham" purchases of jet fuel in a tiny Illinois community to escape paying taxes to Chicago and Cook County. The action comes a  year after the RTA also sued United Airlines over the same thing. The Chicago Tribune has a story here.
