Story Map: American's first flight from DFW to Hong Kong

We've been experimenting with this new multimedia format from Northwestern University's Knight Lab called story maps. I did one earlier this month about DFW Airport and here's one that I put together on American Airlines' first flight from DFW to Hong Kong on June 11.

Let us know what you think about this new way of telling the story and if you think the Star-Telegram should use more of these.

*Note: the story map works in Explorer and Chrome browsers, but not in Safari. We are working with the Knight Lab to see if there is a solution to the issue.
